Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible or liable for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program or any random acts of nature, God, or War.
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited. Only you are to blame if this happens.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your up line cannot be changed so please do not ask us to change it.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination. Payments are confirmed using IPN. If IPN fails, contact us at giveawaybux@live.com.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system or on bonus giveaway days.
10) We can not guarantee that your referrals will click all ads. We also can not guarantee that you will always have the max amount of ads to click per membership.
11) You are allowed to use the forums and post comments. You must respect everyone in the forums and you may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members. Any accusation without proof against Giveawaybux and or Giveawaybux staff will be seen as disrespectful and can lead to the removal or the privilege of using our forum.
12) All payments will be made via paypal & alertpay, including the bonus giveaways. No other methods of payment is available at this time. You must have an verified alertpay or paypal account in order to get paid and you must accept credit card payments from both processors in order to get paid. Any issues caused by our payment processor is not our fault.
13) Users suspected of cheating will have their payments declined.
14) If you received payment from Giveawaybux, it must be posted in the forum in order for you to receive your next payment; unless you have an expert or veteran membership. We really encourage all members who get paid to show proof of payment. If payment proof is not submitted within a week we will post proof of payment sent to you on our forum and put your member name under it. This will help insure people that payment was sent and received.
15) No spamming in forum is allowed. Account can be terminated if caught. Only advertisements that can be shown are the ones under Advertise here posted by admin.
